Hiking from Battle Creek to Grove Creek
Hiking from Pleasant Grove's Battle Creek trailhead to Grove Creek trailhead (2020)
This was my first time doing this loop. A friend in the neighborhood told me about it and it seemed like something within reach.
The first 2.5 miles of Battle Creek can be a little ugly with the new road work for the springs, but once you’re past the springs area, the road and trail diverge and the trail becomes narrow and smooth.
This deer and I mutually startled each other:
